  1. Is Chipper's show appropriate for our guests?  (CLICK ME)

    Chipper’s material is always considered “Corporate Clean”, suitable for all ages and all demographics. “Family-Friendly” entertainment at its finest, and yet geared to the exact needs that your event requires. With over 20 years experience and literally thousands of live stage performances for over 1 million people so far, Chipper knows the market.

    He also draws from several hours worth of original material he's created over the years, easily tailoring his show to fit your specific audience and special event. The show provides a wonderful blend of outstanding stand-up, comedy magic, unusual juggling stunts, and tons of audience participation. In short, a great time had by all!

  2. What size audiences does Chipper perform for? (CLICK ME)

    The smallest audience we recommend would be 60 people. Larger audiences may range from 200-700 people to 2,500 or more, depending upon the venue, staging, etc. Chipper always adjusts his show accordingly. (The majority of Chipper’s performances are usually for audiences ranging from 500 to 2,000 – in theaters and banquet facilities across the U.S. and Canada.) Depending upon the show and size of the audience, Chipper chooses material that is highly visual and suitable for the size and scope of each event.

  3. How long is Chipper's performance? (CLICK ME)

    The length of a single performance can range from a tight 12-15 minute comedy spot to a hilarious 45-50 minute full stage performance.  Again, Chipper tailors the show to fit your needs!  He's the perfect solution for warming up your audience before, say, an award ceremony, a sales presentation or product roll-out.  A 30-50 minute show is a wonderful option for adding that special touch to a corporate luncheon or dinner.  

    PLEASE NOTE:  For larger audiences with bigger budgets, Chipper can offer you a corporate version of his award-winning stage show, "BLiNK! - An Incredible Evening of Award-Winning Magic!"   This fantastic stage production continues to tour the United States and Canada and features not only Chipper but also special guest magicians - all multiple award winners of the highest caliber!  The show also includes multi-media video projections, backdrops and fiber-optic curtains.   Please contact your agent or event planner for more information!

  4. What is Chipper's Performance Fee?  (CLICK ME)

    Chipper's performance fee is based directly upon the following factors:
              1.)  DATE of EVENT  (Weekends and Holidays are usually always in demand first.)
              2.)  TYPE of EVENT.   (Corporate function, dinner, sales, presentation, or tradeshow booth.)
              3.)  LENGTH of PERFORMANCE needed.
              4.)  NUMBER of PEOPLE attending your event.
              5.)  LOCATION & TRAVEL/ACCOMMODATIONS.

  6. How do we secure Chipper for our event?  (CLICK ME)

    Please check with the AGENT or EVENT PLANNER you're working with.  They will confirm the date and time of your event, along with the location.   If Chipper is available, a deposit is usually requested.  This "holds" the date and also confirms that Chipper is scheduled exclusively for your special event.   Please make sure to contact your agent or event planner as soon as possible when it comes to weekend or holiday bookings, as those types of dates usually disappear fast! 

  7. STAGE, LIGHTING & SOUND REQUIREMENTS?  (CLICK ME)

    Chipper usually requires 30-60 minutes (upon arrival) to set up the show, and can re-pack and load-out in under 30 minutes after the show.   Set up time can easily be arranged BEFORE any guests arrive.

    STAGE:  If a proper stage is not available, a raised platform area (at least 12' x 12' wide and deep), with all seats or tables DIRECTLY in front of the platform is required for MAXIMUM VISIBILITY.   If there is a dance floor, we ask for temporary seating to be arranged in front of the platform.  Chipper wants to provide you with the best entertainment experience and it only benefits your guests to seat them in such a manner as to fully enjoy the show.

    LIGHTING:  As long as the stage area is fully lit with a "general wash", we're good!  In more elaborate settings or venues, we work with the lighting director to find the best "theatrical lighting look" for the performance.  House lighting is usually set from 50% to full, as Chipper often walks into the audience to perform and interact with various volunteers during the show.

    SOUND:  Two XLR channels are required on one side of the stage or platform that Chipper can plug his own personal microphone into, as well as a remote music cue system which he controls.   Once sound levels are set on the venue's sound system or sound board, we're ready to go!   Nice!

  8. When is the best time to schedule Chipper's show during our event?  (CLICK ME)

    This is probably the MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION of all.  Please keep in mind that unlike a musical trio or band, Chipper is not "ambient or atmosphere entertainment".   The show is highly interactive and funny, and people will want to laugh, applaud and participate during a Chipper performance.   We ask that Chipper's show be scheduled either BEFORE or AFTER dinner, but NEVER DURING.  (Not even dessert! - People don't like being interrupted during their meals or dinner conversations.  Not to mention that usually HALF of the people can't see the stage during dinner if they are sitting at round top tables.)   We want you to get your money's worth when it comes to entertaining your guests.  Trust us, they'll thank you for it!

  9. Does Chipper use volunteers during his show, and if so, may we suggest people to him?  (CLICK ME)

    During a single performance, Chipper will chat with dozens of people in the audience and work with up to 6 different people during his comedy & magic routines.    Everyone has a great time and no one is forced to volunteer if they don't want to.   You may suggest certain individuals to Chipper, but he can't guarantee that he'll use them as there are specific needs required for each routine Chipper performs.

  10. What are the rules regarding videotaping, photography and cell phones?  (CLICK ME)

    Due to strict copyrights and trade secrets, we do not allow any audio or video recording of Chipper's live stage show.  We also do not allow recordings of any kind to be posted on the internet, including websites like YouTube & FaceBook, as it ruins the surprise of an actual, LIVE performance and violates copyright laws.

    Photos, if taken by a HIRED, PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER during a performance may be allowed only if officially cleared with Chipper at least 48 hours before the event takes place, and there is an agreement in place to provide Chipper with high-res copies of the photos taken.   Photographs that are taken may not be used for commerical use without written permission by Chipper himself.
